Fostering Healthy Communities is a
non-profit for individuals and groups
We function on 100% donations
No salaries are received
All financial transactions and spending are viewable by the public (donors and investors)
We have Board Members
We are a 501(c)(3) entity
We are not a church.
Our foundation, walls, ceiling and roof are all Biblically woven together and connected, for one structural purpose. We assist the individual with “holding life together” and being able to maintain their given function in their community, thus enabling him or her to support the city’s successful future.
The mission is to assist the Moore Community, etc., with societal health to help uphold the strength and support needed to strive for the unity efficacy desired.
Who do we support?
Anyone and Everyone
Why do we do this?
We all hurt. We have all spilled tears. We have all been on the receiving end of unexpected separation, attacks, disconnection and incidents. Pain in all its description is inevitable and sometimes it can be draining, agonizing and intolerable. We want to help. When we experience rejection (family element, work environment and church atmosphere), we tend to distance ourselves and become isolated. We are more impacted by those institutions than others because we spend much of our time in one or all those locations. We can become lost and feel distant should the discomfort come from them.
We are based in Moore, but we sent 382 letters to every religious institution in the following Oklahoma cities: Newalla, Choctaw, Jones, Harrah, Del City and Midwest City, South Oklahoma City, Moore, Noble and Norman. We want to help them with supporting the people who attend or work there with emotional, mental and spiritual strength and closeness.
The letters of support were delivered to each of those cities and many businesses within them. Fostering Healthy Communities wants to assist the leadership for those individual addresses to help their visitors, employees and members with maintaining or achieving spiritual, emotional and mental health, stability and security.
We provide support services in the following areas, usually at zero cost. We do not sell goods.

Bridges to the Community: see “Bridges” and the section on “Bread Box.” Without a doubt, this is one of the most impacting features of servanthood we offer, as it is intimate, warm and engaging. It is here where much laughter, restoration and healing have been experienced.
Servant Leadership “People-First Philosophy” Leadership and help are best provided through servanthood. This guidance approach prioritizes serving others. Rather than seeking results, a servant-leader focuses on creating an environment in which the people can thrive and get their highest-impact work (internal and emotional). A servant-leader puts the needs of others first and helps people develop and perform as highly as possible.
